Give your next arrival a fresh start.
Managing a rental means keeping track of plenty of moving parts. Cleaning is one of the details worth getting clear before your next arrival.
Tell us whether you’re preparing for short-stay guests, a new tenant, or a one-time reset. Include the time between departure and arrival, along with the rooms and tasks you want addressed.
If laundry, linen changes, supplies, or property checks are part of your requirements, ask about them explicitly. Those details need to be agreed; they aren’t automatically included just because a property is a rental.
A good place to start
- Property location, bedrooms, and bathrooms
- Guest departure and arrival times or tenant handover date
- Your cleaning priorities and access arrangements
- Any linen, laundry, or restocking requirements to discuss
